JRMSU Ensures Quality Education

JRMSU Passes AACCUP Prelim Survey Visit

          "Yes because we never failed" - answered by the Quality Assurance Director, Rissa Bagalanon when asked on how confident she is for the result of the AACCUP Preliminary visit survey accreditation, in a short chat at her office last May 14, Wednesday afternoon.
        Bagalanon's answer was complement also to the result after the good news was revealed by the AACCUP Accreditors during their system wide visit survey dated May 12-14, answering the request of the institution to accredit (8) eight Graduate programs and (3) three Undergraduate programs offered.
        The eight graduate programs are the Master of Arts in Physical Education, Mathematics, Filipino, Nursing, Social Science, Biology and Business Administration. While the non-graduate programs are AB in Political Science, AB in English and BS Marine Biology.
        "It's not our first time to had AACCUP Preliminary visit survey. We have undergone a lot of accreditation before. In fact, BSCS and BEED are now qualified for level 3 accreditation," said Bagalanon.
         On the other hand, during the presentation. The JRMSU task force members felt nervous everytime they are about to discuss to the panel the documents that they prepared even though they are experts in accreditation for it is not the very first for them to present.
          According to the VPAA, Dr. Aida O. Lanioso in her opening remarks, the success of the accreditation was all made possible by the working committee or the Task Forces which she considered as a "Hero of Accreditation". She also give thanks to everyone who work in hand for the success of the survey.
\         At the end of the said survey, Director Bagalanon requested all working committee to stand up and with teardrops in her eyes, she speaks out her deepest gratitude to everybody who had been part of the accomplishment done by the University in coping quality education.
